I stand is an art show that focuses on social and political issues prevalent in Southern California. The show is currently being held in the Alexandra Nechita Center for the Performing Arts and features professional artists who include such subject matter in their works. The reception opening the show was an opportunity for discussion and reflection as artists share what inspires them and caused them to take a stance with their art.
